well our little goose survived the cold and he is doing good he is getting bigger now but he still has no feathers right now. we need a name for him/ her cuz we do not know what it is. so what should we call are goosey goose thats his name right now. Mike is staying at his foundry for the week cuz he has no money to drive to Virgina to Tower all week so i have the whole week to my self and i am SO Bord. but it is nice all well. i am doing good nothing new with me i do not do much. i do not tell story's , i do not have a garden and i didn't go to dan's b_party. but 1 day i will have a good story, i will have a garden and i will go see dan and her little bro. but until then i am so Bord! so i was just wondering something. ok we have a goose and he will get big and fat. he is one day going to be supper. so sarah do u know how to gut a goose? i am asking u becuz u are the hunter in the family. like u always tooled me try something new and as soon as goosey goose is big and hat that will be something new. i mean u are going to eat your chickens right?? so let me know ok. maybe we will get some chickens too.

where will you keep your chickens and goose???? If I had a goose I guess I would name it Oscar or Charlie. I love haveing time to myself, you can have a relaxing night reading a good book or taking a hot bath and best of all the house stays clean!!
Good question bec...where will you keep your goose ally? Why do you have a goose? Yes we plan to eat the chickens, some of them anyway...but I hear geese are really greasy...and I dont plan to eat our geese. If they turn out mean (like I expect they will) Im shooting them. (oh wait...Brainstorm... if my geese are mean, they can go live with your goose. right?) I dont know how to clean a goose. Thats markypoos job. I could tell you what to do if it was a fish or a grouse. sorry. I can tell you that they grow really fast. Good luck!

ps...if your goose is a boy... He might feel a bit embarrassed if his friends hear you calling him goosey goose... He needs a more manly name. how about. Maynard or Honka Joe. (Im gonna tell that name to tylen.. He will want to rename one of his geese.)
well we are keeping him at Mikes foundry in Iron he has a goose pen out there. the goose loves it out there. if he gets mean well it's the end for him i guess. so sarah why don't u ask Mark and then tell me so Mike can gut the goose when we have too??? well Mike came home last night and said it was to cold for him. the big baby!! so oh well for the week off, so hey if u are not going to eat your geese why do u have them?? yeah i know they are grease but u got to try some thing new right sarah???
We have the geese to help protect the chickens and ducks. I hear they act as a gaurd geese if an animal trys to eat the other birds. I have tried goose once before, oh I also had goose jerky. that was kinda good. I suppose you clean that goose just the same as if it was a chicken or anything else... chop its head off, pull of the feathers cut open the belly area and take out the stuff... look it up on line.

well mom tolled me how to do it. u have to cut open the ass and pull everything out. i think that is why mike got the goose too cuz he wants a gard goose.

We usta have a goose called Honky Tonk. But if it's going to be a gard goose you should give it a meaner name like Spick or Killer. If you are really bord you could come over and rack im yard.
